Dear Michael Jones

LBH/10619220 - Freedom of Information Request

I am writing further to your email dated 23 December 2020.

The information you have asked for is:

o Haringey Council conducted a feasibility study in or around 2004 into
replacing the bathroom pods on Noel Park estate.

(i) Please could you supply this study.

(ii) Please could you supply any reports derived from this study that were
written between the date of the study and the end of March 2012.

My response is set out below:

I confirm that there was an options appraisal carried out in or around
2004 by Haringey council.

However, we no longer hold this information and therefore cannot supply
it.

We do hold a feasibility report commissioned by Homes for Haringey carried
out in 2010 by John Rowan and Partners. This as to look at possible
solutions to dwellings with Pods and carrying out a pilot scheme.

This report is attached. Please note that Appendix C has been redacted. We
have contacted the company who supplied the information for Appendix C and
to date they have not commented on the release of this information.
