I am writing further to your email dated 05 May 2021 in which you
requested the following:-

 

o Provide full measured surveys of the pod pilot project

 

o Provide project specific condition surveys in respect of the pod

Please see my response below.

 

I confirm that Homes for Haringey does not hold the information requested
in respect of the first 2 points above.

 

With respect to the third point – actual costs incurred - please see the
table set out below. This shows a detailed breakdown of the costs relating
to the Pods as set out in the penultimate contractor valuation.

 

Note that this is based on the information we have available to us. We
hold information as to the breakdown of the contract costs up to the stage
of contractor valuation no 6 out of seven certificates in total. We know
the total value of the contract, but we do not hold information as to the
breakdown of the difference between certificate no 6 and the final
contract sum. Please note that the table below shows the design and build
contractor costs, not professional fees which are charged in addition to
the costs shown below.
