Dear Sir or Madam,
How many official complaints are not followed up on to resolution ?

If a Local Authority registers someone unfairly as medically rather than physically disabled do you investigate or collude by only addressing process ?

As have found it has been used by you not to address issues and dishonesty of LA employees

.Who designated that you should be set up in such an unethical way or are you just copying each other with no discretion ?

To Local Government Association

Dear Julie

Thank you for your request for information made under the Freedom of
Information Act 2000 (FOIA) on 6 July 2009. Please note that the LGA is
not covered by the provisions of the Act, but we always try to deal with
such requests within the spirit of the legislation.

We do not hold information about the number of cases of
"maladministration" by local authorities. If you are seeking that
information, we suggest you contact the Local Government Ombudsman
(http://www.lgo.org.uk/) or the Department for Communities and Local
Government (http://www.communities.gov.uk/corporate/), who hold data on
this.

We hope this helps
