Dear North Lanarkshire Council,

NLC used Scottish Attainment Challenge Funding to procure standardised assessment tools from the Centre for Evaluation and Monitoring (University of Durham) and the New Group Reading Test (GL Assessment).

Can I be provided with anonymised data sets for the pupils in P1, P3, P5, P7 and S2 who completed the assessments in the academic years 2015-2016 and 2016-2017?

Data Request for 2015-2017.

 

Your request is well advanced however, it appears that our response may
involve providing data in an excel spreadsheet format.  Taking account of
recent guidance from the ICO on providing spreadsheets for FOI requests
made via online platforms such as "what do they know" and the risk of
inadvertent disclosure of personal data, please could you provide an
alternative email address where we can send the response to your request?
