Dear Wirral Metropolitan Borough Council,

With regards to the proposed Hoylake Golf Resort project, the first step for the Developer to complete as indicated in the (draft) Development Agreement, is delivery by the Developer to the Council, of a Funding and Phasing Plan. I would like to know:

1. What date the Developers Funding and Phasing Plan was submitted.
2. What date the Developer's Funding and Phasing Plan was discussed by the Cabinet and if it was approved.
3. If a copy of the Minutes of such a meeting are available for viewing by the public.

Thank you for your assistance at this unusual time.

Yours faithfully,

NJT Lauro

Dear N J Lauro

Further to your FOI request, please see the Council's response in bold.

1. What date the Developers Funding and Phasing Plan was submitted.

The Council first received a funding and phasing submission on 20th
November 2017 however following the withdrawal of the NJVG’s house builder
a new residential partner had to be procured. This resulted in a
re-profile of the funding strategy which led to in turn to a new amended
submission which was submitted in January 2019.

2. What date the Developer's Funding and Phasing Plan was discussed by the
Cabinet and if it was approved.

The issue was taken to Cabinet 8th July 2019. See the link to the minutes
below.

3. If a copy of the Minutes of such a meeting are available for viewing by
the public.

The link to the Wirral Council Cabinet agenda item is incorrect as that link would only work on Wirral Council's intranet, it should read https://democracy.wirral.gov.uk/mgAi.asp... instead.

Dear InfoMgr, FinDMT,

Many thanks again for obtaining this information for me.

Yours sincerely,
