Dear Department of Health and Social Care,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Department of Health and Social Care's handling of my FOI request.

The response to my request states that the DHSC does not hold any records pertaining to my request for information, I do not believe that this is the case.
Further, the responder suggested contacting Health England, who will not hold this information as the request also covered Wales and Scotland.

I do not believe that the overseeing department and Secretary of State would not collate the information requested and believe that an avoidance has been perpetrated.

I ask that you review the response and forward to me the full information requested without further delay.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/n...
