2 – How many patients have been treated at the Nightingale hospital from its date of opening to January 4, 2021?
(Please note, this question was asked previously in FOI ref 2020-0468. I have not received a response to this request. I am now seeking the most current information as of January 4, 2021.)

3 – Is the Nightingale being used as/or has it been used as a cancer testing/treatment facility from its date of opening to January 4, 2021? Please state whether the hospital is currently being used for this purpose or has been previously?

4 – Is the Nightingale being used as/or has it been used as a Covid-19 treatment facility from its date of opening to January 4, 2021? Please state whether the hospital is currently being used for this purpose or has been previously?

5 - Is the Nightingale being used for/or has it been used to deliver any other patient treatment from its date of opening to January 4, 2021? If so, please give brief details of how it has been used.

6 - What is the budgeted monthly running cost/or budgeted monthly standby cost for the Nightingale hospital?

7 - What is the number of beds at the Nightingale hospital?

8 - What is the number of ITU or ICU beds at the Nightingale hospital?

If this request is too wide or unclear, I would be grateful if you could contact me as I understand that under the Act you are required to advise and assist requesters. Dear Ms Youle,

We acknowledge receipt of your e-mail requesting information from the Trust under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 ("the Act"). Please note that whilst the Trust strives to be open and is normally able to satisfy requests in full, the right of access is not absolute and we may therefore have to refuse queries, either in full or in part, on the basis of the exemptions (for example, in cases where disclosure would breach patient confidentiality, or put people in danger). All such decisions will be made, and fully justified, in accordance with the law.

We are required under the Act to respond to valid queries no later than the twentieth working day following receipt. Your request was received on 04/01/2021 , which means our deadline for response calculates 01/02/2021. If we are able to respond to you sooner than this, we will do so.

Should you have any queries or concerns in the meantime, please contact us directly using the e-mail address below - quoting reference number 2021-0006.

Please note: if, having fully considered your request, we reasonably require further information in order to respond, we will request this from you by e-mail as soon as possible. In all such cases, the above timescales will be disregarded and the 20 working day clock shall instead begin once we have received the necessary clarification. There shall be no duty for us to comply with your request until we receive this information from you.

Kind Regards,

Rebecca
