Nightime working at Wellsite
Dear Surrey County Council,
My query regards the Brockham Wellsite operated by Angus Energy.
I understand that the CPA wrote to Angus Energy sometime between 16 and 18 January to enquire about the reasons for night working, which constituted a breach of the planning permission. This information was subsequently shared with the HSE, who in turn advised the CPA to allow for night working to continue on health and safety grounds. I would like to request to see a copy of these communications.
Yours faithfully,
Ada Zaffina
