Dear Data Protection and Information Rights Team,

Please can you advise on the status of FOI2024/00303 which was submitted on 18 February 2024; no expected completion date was given in your response of 15 March.

One of the documents requested has since been published on the Post Office Corporate website. I am still awaiting disclosure, however, of the response from Justice Secretary, Alex Chalk to Nick Read’s letter of 9 January 2024
and of all communications between the Post Office and UKGI concerning Nick Read’s letter.

I will be submitting a complaint of undue delay to the ICO if a substantive response to this request has not been received by Friday 31 May.

Yours sincerely
Eleanor Shaikh
