Dear Operations FOI Requests,
Thank you for your response.
Could you, please, clarify a little bit more the answer.
When the appeal is asked by DWP after the First Tier Tribunal set aside the decision of the Mandatory Reconsideration. And DWP asks for a stay of proceeding pending the outcome of a lead case,
-What happens with the National Insurace Credits while waiting for the resolution of the case?
Thank you for your time
Yours sincerely,
R Jeans
