Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust,

a. Do you have a Direct Engagement DE (Vat efficiency model) in place ?
b. Who is your current incumbent provider for DE ? and for which Staffing Group Locums, AHPs and NMNC ?
c. When is the Expiry date for your DE contract if you have one?
d. What Framework do you procure from ?
e. What pricing model is currently used ?
f. Who in the trust is the project lead/procurement contact for these contracts ?
g. What is the spend for Agency Locum, AHP, and Non Medical Non Clinical cohorts per annum

Thank you for your request to access information in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000, dated 17/06/2020

This was received by the Trust on 17 June 2020 and, in accordance with the Act, the Trust has 20 working days in which to respond, ending on 15/07/2020. However we do wish to inform you that as we are an NHS Trust we are currently diverting our resources to help with other challenges. We are advising you to expect delays in receiving the information you have requested, however please be assured that we will keep you updated and give you an estimated completion date if your request is delayed. An initial investigation is currently taking place into whether the Trust holds the information you have requested.

Any fees applicable to this request will be detailed in writing as soon as they can be determined and, should any further clarification of your request be required we will advise accordingly.
