The response to:

"How many registered service users are served by the Wheelchair Service?"
of
"Using the national assumption that 2% of the population are wheelchair users, it would suggest there could be approximately 15,486 wheelchair users in North Yorkshire"

doesn't provide the information requested.

Also the response to:

"What is the name of the Wheelchair Service Manager?"
of
"Please contact NRS Healthcare for this information"

Isn't a response I'd expect. I'd expect them to say if they hold the information or not, and if they do hold it either release it or cite an exemption under which they are permitted to withhold it.
