Dear Rutherford, Alison (Assembly - Corporate Unit),
I am writing about the FOI I sent to you that by law you should have responded to by 11th March 2011. I have not received either the information or an explanation of the delay. Please respond immediately to let me know why this is and when the information will be provided. Please also refer the request for internal review on the basis that you have not complied with the law.
Yours sincerely,
Martin Green
The National Assembly for Wales holds to information relevant to your request. Please see my response of 14 February, where I asked if you would like the request transferred to the Welsh Assembly Government who may hold relevant information. You confirmed that I should pass it on and I did so on 15 February. You should therefore direct all correspondence which relates to your request to the Welsh Assembly Government.
Kind Regards

This should have gone to 'Welsh Assembly Government' rather than just 'Welsh Assembly' so I've forwarded it on to them instead via the link for them on this site.
