NHS Trusts fined in the last three years
Dear Health and Safety Executive,
Please may I have a table of all fines levied against NHS Trusts by the HSE in the last three calendar years 2017/18, 2016/17, 2015/16.
For each fine I would like to know
Name of the Trust
Amount of fine
Date of fine
Section of the law contravened
If possible, please may I have the information in an excel spreadsheet?
Yours faithfully,
S Martin
