FoI request 3 of 3: Please kindly provide records showing what staff should do if their trust continued to charge them to use the hospital car park throughout the pandemic.

We refer to your email of 31 March 2022 in which you requested
information under the FOI Act from NHS Improvement.
 
Monitor and the National Health Service Trust Development Authority have
come together under the operational name NHS Improvement, combining the
functions and responsibilities of the two statutory bodies in a single
integrated organisation.
