away from the usual compliance and information rights work to support
colleagues who are working tremendously hard to provide care for our
patients, and to those in need of our services.

 

Whilst we recognise that statutory timescales cannot be extended, at this
time, the care of our patients and the safety of our staff takes
precedent, therefore it is likely that responses to some requests for
information will be delayed.

Please can you provide under the Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership
Freedom of Information Act a Trust (CWPT) provides mental health,
structure chart for the Acute Trust, learning disability, autism and
inclusive of all 'Heads of Service,' community services across Coventry,
'Assistant Directors' and Directors Warwickshire and Solihull. The Trust
with the full job titles and the does not provide acute services. In
names of individuals who hold these addition it has been established that
positions. the Trust does not have a structure
chart inclusive of all 'Heads of
Service,' 'Assistant Directors' and
Directors.

 

Consequently, the Trust is unable to
provide the information you have
requested and is informing you of
this as required under Section 1(1)
(a) of the Act.
