Good afternoon,

 

Apologies in the delay in responding to your request. Please see the
information below:

 

1. Who are your current print hardware device vendors of choice?

Konica

 

2. What approx. size is your print device fleet currently?

73 Printers of various configurations and models.

 

3. For the most recent financial year you have knowledge of, what would
you estimate was the volume of toner cartridges consumed across the Trust?

Cost/ print anywhere, secure printing, customer service and support

 

5. For your HP estate, is there any preference for HP original toner
cartridges versus non original toner?

Whilst in warranty then 3rd party however only a handful exist now

 

6. Which organisations do you have Managed Print Service contracts running
with?

Konica

Any further comments

We don’t purchase toners they are supplied as part of the managed printer
solution with Konica, the only exception to this is the HP make ready
printers which have toners supplied by procurement from their office
supplies company they use. The managed printer solution is an ICT
responsibility.
