Dear NHS England,

I have been trying to be removed from the NHS special allocation scheme, PDS medical & compass medical in Blackpool, I do not want any association with the NHS & wish the NHS to obey human rights, namely article 20 part 2 - "No one can force you to join or belong to any group."

I have requested the NHS stop claiming association with me but this has been denied.

Please tell me what makes the NHS allowed to deny this basic universally accepted human right?

Yours faithfully,
Paul Daniel Griffiths

Dear NHS England,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of NHS England's handling of my FOI request 'NHS & the SAS'.

NHS England failed to reply to my question about them breaking human rights.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/n...

Dear CONTACTUS, England (NHS ENGLAND & NHS IMPROVEMENT - X24),

I have been trying to be removed from the NHS special allocation scheme, PDS medical & compass medical in Blackpool, I do not want any association with the NHS & wish the NHS to obey human rights, namely article 20 part 2 - "No one can force you to join or belong to any group."

Why has my request to be removed from this scheme & these practices patient list been denied?

I have requested the NHS stop claiming association with me but this has been denied.
Also, the staff at the allocated NHS scheme, had me arrested & lied about me in court. For these reasons I do not want any association with the NHS, however I am still receiving correspondence from them & my request to be removed from the special allocation scheme denied.

I believe the practice is claiming money from the commissioner to provide me care but they provide non at all.

Yours sincerely,

Paul Daniel Griffiths

I can confirm that NHSE CCC has no influence on the decision to place a
patient on the Special Allocation Scheme.

If you disagree with the decision to place you on the scheme then you
would need to follow the appeals process. This is detailed on the letter
confirming that you were placed on the scheme, which should include
information about making an appeal against the decision to place you on a
scheme along with the address to send your appeal to.

If you require any further information or wish to speak to someone about
your enquiry, please contact NHS England at the email address and
