NHS Scotland Primary Care Pathways
Dear NHS Scotland
I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 on behalf of Crohn's & Colitis UK to request the following information:
Do you have a clear pathway in place for primary care for the investigation of
non-cancer related lower gastrointestinal symptoms that include the use of faecal calprotectin tests?
If so, I would appreciate if you are able to share any details you may have.
If it is not possible to provide this information, due to exceeding the cost of compliance limits, I would be grateful if you could advise how this request could be refined.
If you have any queries please don't hesitate to contact me via e-mail.
Thank you for your time and I look forward to your response.
Yours faithfully
Crohn's & Colitis UK
