Thank you.

Dear Salford City Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Salford City Council's handling of my FOI request 'NHS Reform'.

Thank you for your response to my request, I ask how you have come to the conclusion of using section 12 as you seem to have exempting all questions from 4-8. Please outline which questions have been made exempt under section 12 and break down how you have calculated the time it would take.

Please can you outline how the request can be simplified to not go over the time limit as the act states you must be helpful when providing a response which I do not believe you have as you have not outlined how long it will actually take to gather the information nor have you stated how the request can be simplified. You should also note the act states that each question is its own request so section 12 should be calculated on a per question basis not to be used as a blanket exemption.

On top of this you seem to have exempt question 8 which would not take over the 18 hours.

I feel like your response has been rushed and not been thought out by outline which question you are responding to.

This response is not helpful and makes it stressful for requesters to decipher your response.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/n...

Yours faithfully,

J Sweet
