Dear NHS South East London Integrated Care Board,
I would like to request some information about your budget for NHS patient treatment.
I would appreciate it if you could provide me with the following information:
1. The total amount of your budget for NHS patient treatment in the fiscal year 2023/2024.
2. The breakdown of this budget by business area or program.
3. The methods or tools you are using to evaluate the performance and outcomes of the services that patients receive as a result of the utilisation of this budget.
4. Any challenges or opportunities you face in managing this budget.
