Dear NHS England,

I am writing to request information regarding NHS England's use and future plans for digital health services aimed at improving health tracking and outcomes for patients.

Please provide:

- Any strategy documents, plans or proposals for implementing digital health services such as apps, wearables, and patient monitoring systems across NHS England.

- Information on current initiatives piloting or using digital health tracking services, and their measured outcomes so far.

- Minutes of meetings, briefings, or correspondence discussing the future direction of NHS England's digital health strategy, particularly regarding wearables and patient-generated data.

- Details on any partnerships, programs, or initiatives to incorporate data from consumer wearable devices like Fitbits or Apple Watches into NHS health monitoring and improvement efforts.

I believe this information will help show how NHS England aims to utilize new digital health technologies over the coming years.

If you need to redact or withhold any information, please cite the relevant exemptions. I look forward to your response within 20 working days.

Yours faithfully,

Stephen Campbell
