South West – South – Somerset Partnership - £306,000

South Central – Oxford Health - £687,000

South East – Sussex Partnership - £620,349

All contract start dates are April 2018 to last till March 2021

The funding for the programme is until March 2021 and is part of a
National evaluation with the same timeline.  An application for the
funding to be baselined will be based on the results from this.

 

• Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this
contract?

 

The South West Regional Director of Commissioning is responsible for this
contract.
