Thank you for your recent request for the supply of information from Hywel Dda University Health Board.

Further to our acknowledgement below, to help us process your request for information we would be grateful if you could clarify as outlined below:

• Could you please provide the details of how many of the new NHS Dental contracts were handed back at the end of this financial year?
Can you please clarify if this is regarding contract holders who opted in to the Welsh Government Contract Reform model for 22/23. Are you requesting specifically how many of the practices that opted in to this model, subsequently handed back their contracts?

We will be unable to proceed any further with the processing if your request until clarification is received from you.
