• Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if so, the duration of the extension?

The commencement date for the NHS Building for Wales Regional Supply Chain
Partner frameworks was the 30th April 2018 and is due to terminate on 29th
April 2022

 

Q. Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if
so, the duration of the extension?

 

The framework contract includes an option for the Contracting Authority to
extend the term of the framework up to a maximum of 29th April 2024 (-2
calendar years.)

 

Q. Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s)
are being either extended or renewed?

 

The Framework Board has not currently ratified a decision to extend or
renew the current framework terms.

 

Q. Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this
contract?
