NHS APP COVID PASS data flow and corrections

We're waiting for Lucy Painton to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear NHS Digital,

Could you provide the following information:

Is there an updated DPIA for the NHS App showing the covid 19 test result function? If yesy can you include a copy.

Can you describe the data flow between the NHS App and Covid 19 test results?
What personal data matches are necessary for the recovery COVID Pass for travel to be generated?

Is that correct if that the data does not match the COVID Pass will not be made available?
How does this affect citizens' GDPR Right to rectification.
How can users request a correction to their submitted covid test details.

If there is an error such as the name misspelt how can the data be corrected and how can it generate a correct Covid Pass?

According to Test and Trace information it is not possible to access the recovery Pass if at the point of registering the test there was a data mismatch. Is this correct and is it against the GDPR regulations.
Thank you
Yours faithfully,
L Painton
