Dear H Charbonville,

Re:     Freedom of Information request (Our Ref: FOI-059561)

Thank you for your Freedom of Information (FOI) request dated 24 June 2019

Your exact request was:-

“PLEASE SEND ME GIS BORDERS FOR:

1) NHS111 NHS24 CONTRACT AREAS, AND

2) OUT-OF-HOURS GP CONTRACT AREAS,

SPECIFYING THE BEGIN AND END DATES OF THE CONTRACTS.

PLEASE ENSURE THE FILES ARE SPLIT INTO ONES UNDER 5MB SO THAT THEY CAN BE
ENTERED INTO GOOGLE MAPS.”

NHS England holds some recorded information in relation to this request.

Please note that this spreadsheet shows Integrated Urgent Care services
(i.e. NHS 111 providers and Out of Hours (OoH) providers) by Clinical
Commissioning Group (CCG) and their associated geographical service areas
and regions.

NHS England currently holds only approximately 50% of contract end dates
for OoH services, as the introduction of Integrated Urgent Care (IUC) is
generating greater alignment between NHS111 and OoH services contracting.
Approximately two thirds of commissioners now appear to be working to a
single contract framework for IUC.

We do not hold contract start dates, however, the end dates of the current
contracts are contained within the spreadsheet. There is an assumption
that all contracts expire on the last day of the month provided unless
stated otherwise.

In relation to NHS 24, is Scotland's national telehealth and telecare
organisation. As such NHS England does not hold recorded information in
relation to this element of your request. We have provided the contact
details of NHS Scotland below for your convenience;
