NFSP challenging POL

john o'sullivan made this Freedom of Information request to Post Office Limited

Automatic anti-spam measures are in place for this older request. Please let us know if a further response is expected or if you are having trouble responding.

Post Office Limited did not have the information requested.

Dear Post Office Limited,
"Also contrary to much of the public discourse on the issue, the NFSP challenged PO on numerous occasions about the reliability of the Horizon system. PO’s response was always that the system was reliable, and that user-error was the primary cause of the problems."This is a quote on the NFSP website. Can POL provide the dates of these challenges from the NFSP and the replies they elicited?

Yours faithfully,

John O'Sullivan

Dear [email address],
Thank you for the reply. To save money and time perhaps we can reduce the time line on the request.NFSP communications with you after 2019 are not important as JF had already made his findings.Like wise after 2014 you stopped prosecuting SPM based solely on Horizon evidence. Can we just look at the years 2004 - 2009 a 70% reduction in search size and a time when you prosecuted 364 people. If the NFSP didnt request proof of Horizon robustness in this period they never would!

Yours sincerely,

john o'sullivan
