Dear Elizabeth
Thank you for your request for information* which we received on 9^th
September. I have considered your request under the Freedom of Information
Act 2000.
Proposed Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) consultations are published on our
website and can be viewed by following the [1]Consultations link. There
are no forthcoming consultations.
TRO consultations are also published in weekly newspapers including the
Derbyshire Times, Sheffield Telegraph, Buxton Advertiser and Leek Post and
Times. The National Park Authority does not use the Peak Advertiser to
publish TRO consultations. Additionally, notices are posted on site and
sent to all statutory consultees, details of which can be found in the
above link.
We have also been in touch with the Planning Inspectorate and have agreed
that when the Authority makes any orders we will amend notices with the
orders providing a link to download the orders online. We will also
provide an address to write to request a copy of an order for free. Where
there is a parish council, we will also be arranging to display notices on
parish notice boards.
I hope that the information provided is helpful, however if you have any
further queries please contact me quoting the reference number at the top
of the correspondence.
If you are unhappy with the way in which we have handled your request, you
have a right to an internal review through our complaints procedure.
Please email [2][email address]. Requests for reviews should be
made within three months of the date of our response.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal review, you have
the right of appeal to the Information Commissioner. The Information
Commissioner can be contacted via the ICO website at
[3]http://ico.org.uk/concerns/getting/repor.... Requests for
reviews by the
ICO must be made within three months of the conclusion of any internal
review by the Authority.
Yours sincerely

Dear Sarginson Michele,
thank you can I confirm does your council use the peak advertiser for any public notices???
Yours sincerely,
elizabeth
Dear Elizabeth
Thank you for your email. I can confirm that we do not use the Peak Advertiser for the types of notices referenced in your original request. We do however use it for advertising planning applications that have been submitted to the National Park Authority.
I hope that this answers your question.
