Dear British Broadcasting Corporation,

I should be grateful if you could supply me with a copy of all the correspondence (email, notes of phone calls, papers, etc) shared between the BBC, Croydon Council and Croydon Councillors (Fisher and Mead) regarding Newsnight's recent investigation into Croydon's use of B&B Accomodation (4th October). I am particularly interested in emails sent to the Council and Councillors inviting them to appear on Newsnight.

In making this request, I ask that you fulfill your duty under Section 16 of the FOI Act

Yours faithfully,

Paul Williams
