New Post Office Compensation Scheme Announced 8 November 2023
Dear Post Office Information Rights Team,
On 8 November 2023 the Postal Minister Kevin Hollinrake released a written parliamentary statement announcing that the Post Office was establishing a new compensation scheme. He noted that this scheme will offer redress for the adverse financial impacts on Sub-Postmasters caused by operational issues, such as processes or policies, which are independent of Horizon issues.
