New Parking enforcement at North Whitehawk flats

Under the Freedom of Information Act 200 please provide the folowing information:

Note: all queries relate to the newly introduced residents only parking scheme at North Whitehawk

1) Since inception of residents' only parking on 1st December 2014 at the blocks of flats in North Whitehawk how many parking tickets have been issued by Ethical Parking for all of the blocks in the scheme

2) Please provide a list of times and dates of all tickets issued by Ethical parking relating to all of the blocks in the scheme

3) How many current parking spaces (unallocated to residents and non-residents) are vacant across all of the blocks in the scheme

4) How many complaints were received from residents about other people parking in their paid for spaces between January 2012 and 30th November 2014, meaning that a resident was unable to park their car in their allocated space

5) Were residents of Wiston Road consulted about increase of vehicles in their road prior to the parking scheme coming into effect on 1st December

6) Please provide evidence of inspections by the Council of the area surrounding the blocks of flats, and decisions made about introducing a new residents' parking scheme including any insurveys undertaken, prior to implementation of the residents' parking scheme as well as evidence about how the decision to implement the shceme came into being

7) How much revenue has the Council received from Ethical Parking since the inception of the residents' parking scheme came into effect on 1st December 2014

8) Please provide evidence of why it was decided that ALL blocks in the scheme would have their visitors spaces reduced to one per block

9) If the Council has receievd revenue from Ethical Parking in relation to the residents' parking scheme in North Whitehawk what will the revenue be spent on

10) How many complaints have the Council received from residents in relation to the new parking scheme in North Whitehawk

11) How many notifications or compaints has the Council received about residents' car being damaged as well as residents' visitors being verbally abused by residents in Wiston Road

12) How many residents who raised complaints about not being able to park in their allocated spaces, prior to the new parking scheme in North Whitehawk being introduced on 1st December 2014, still live in the blocks as at 23 January 2015

13) What was the cost of re-marking the car parks to the new layout

14) How many parking spaces are rented out to non-resident car owners across all of the blocks in the North Whitehawk scheme
