The request was successful.

Dear Hammersmith and Fulham Borough Council,

I would like to ask the following questions with regards to the new household waste, food waste and recycling bins that the council started distributing to residents.

1) How many complaints about the new bins did the council received via email from residents or councillors (acting on behalf of residents) between November 1 and November 27?
2) Since November 1, how many individual bins have been returned or sent back to the council by residents who did not want them?
2a) Of the total number of bins that were returned, how many of them were for recycling, food waste or household waste?
3) How many of each type of the new bins has the council procured so far?
4) How much money has the council spent on procuring new bins to date?

Yours faithfully,

Owen Sheppard
