Please provide the total number of new homes completed and ready to be inhabited in Oxford for the financial years 2021/22 and 2022/23.
Of these total numbers for the years 2021/22 and 2022/23 please also provide the numbers for:
- student accommodation
- all 'affordable' homes
- homes available for social rent
