New GFA with NFSP
Dear Post Office Limited,
In the NFSP Annual Review 2023 (https://www.yumpu.com/en/document/read/6...), it states:
"Via the updated Grant Framework Agreement, the role of the NFSP as the voice of UK post offices, have been made clear. It is now documented that the NFSP negotiate postmasters' remuneration, challenge PO polices on behalf of postmasters, represent them where there is a contractual dispute with PO and provide support in relation to a postmasters associated retail business."
Could you confirm this statement & provide a copy of the updated GFA document, please?
Also could you explain it's legal consequences, please?
Yours faithfully,
brent jay

Dear [email address],
Hi, in your reply over 2 months ago you stated:
"However in the interests of transparency, as soon as the Grant Funding Agreement is signed and published, we will release a copy to you."
Could you please just confirm that the GFA is still not signed & you will do as stated when it is.
thank you
Yours sincerely,
brent

Should SPM's be concerned that no agreement has been signed?
