New evidence

Waiting for an internal review by Land Registry of their handling of this request.

Christopher Barrs

Dear Land Registry, It is my belief that land registry rules dictate that, if new evidence arises then land registry must deal with that evidence even if a customer is disengaged? Can you confirm if this is correct please?

Yours faithfully,

Christopher Barrs

Dear Sir

When we are satisfied that we have dealt with an issue fully and that
nothing further would be achieved by our continuing correspondence with a
customer in respect of that issue we may decide to disengage from the
customer in respect of that issue.

We inform the customer of that decision and that we will not continue to
correspond with them about that issue. If the customer continues to
correspond in respect of that issue we may decide not even to acknowledge
the correspondence.

In some instances, customers try to get us to re-engage in correspondence
about the same issue by providing more information or so-called new
evidence. If we remain satisfied that this information or evidence does
not change the circumstances such as to make it appropriate for us to
re-engage in correspondence we will continue not to respond or acknowledge
the correspondence.

If, exceptionally, it appears to us that a customer with whom we have
disengaged about a particular issue has presented genuinely new evidence
which we should consider, we may decide to re-engage with the customer.

I hope that this answers your enquiry.

Christopher Barrs

Dear CT1 Plymouth Office, We have acquired a copy of an application DN541350 made against the application DN534707 that was placed before the adjudicator. This new evidence clearly shows, why both ourselves and the adjudicator should have been informed of it as it changes, completely, the evidence that was presented at a legal hearing. This has never been addressed but I can assure you that this evidence carries considerable weight. The only reason given by the land registry for not informing us of this application was given as "there was simply no reason to tell us". This new evidence disproves that statement comprehensively and that is why the land registry must now reopen this case forthwith.

Yours sincerely,

Christopher Barrs

I would just like the chance to meet with the Registrar to present the evidence and discuss why the land registry feel that no crime has been committed. I have never been told that I have been disengaged and no one has ever dealt with this matter beyond "simply no reason to tell you". The evidence I hold would have completely changed the evidence presented to the adjudicator and in all probability changed the outcome, this evidence was suppressed and that is a crime that needs to be dealt with by the land registry.
