New Covent Garden Maket Development - Vibration Monitoring Reports and Geothechnical Investigation Report

Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs did not have the information requested.

Dear Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs,

The New Covent Garden Market site is undergoing a major re-development.

Much of this is being carried out by Vinci St Modwen.

Given the scale of the development as a local resident and member of a local residents group I would like to see the following:

1) Methodology of how vibration caused by the development are being monitored and how any potential impact to local residents is being monitored and mitigated

2) Vibration monitoring reports caused by the development since the works commenced in March 2016

3) Geotechnical investigation report that was undertaken prior to works starting

4) Risk assessments that were carried out specific to impact on local residents.

I will look forward to hearing from you.

Yours faithfully,

Harriet McDonald
