Stratford on Avon District Council has decided to adopt a Local Council
Tax Reduction scheme for 2013-14 that copies the existing Council Tax
Benefit scheme.

All premiums and personal allowances remain unaffected other than the
annual up-ratings.

I have enclosed a copy of circular A2/2013 which details the new rates.

I cannot provide details of what effect this will have on people unable
to pay their rent, as this will be dependant upon an individual's
circumstances.
