New council posts.
Dear Fife Council,
Please provide me with a list of new posts (jobs) that have been created over the last twelve months within Fife council.
I'd be grateful to receive:
a) post title
b) number of posts per title
c) filled or vacant
d) salary scale
e) owning service or department
f) how advertised (e.g. internal only, publicly, through partners)
A new post is any employment opportunity that doesn't simply fill an existing vacancy, and includes adding to existing employee numbers in existing jobs/roles.
It further includes redefined jobs/roles where salaries change, regardless of any requirement for, or lack of, competitive interviews. In this case I'd like to know both the previous and amended salary ranges.
Date range is 1st October 2011 through 30th September 2012.
Yours faithfully,
D Russell.
Your e-mail has been forwarded to The Freedom of Information Officer for
their attention and response.
Thank you for contacting Fife Council.

Dear Fiona Elliot,
I'd prefer to document our interactions. Can you please specify what clarification you need?
Yours sincerely,

Dear D. Russell
I am responsible for collating the information for the Education and
Learning Directorate; this includes all Primary, Secondary, Special and
Nursery schools. Do you want the information for schools? If so I would
prefer to discuss because of several scenarios that are posing a
difficulty in collecting this information. I am presently collating
information for centre staff which will include any new posts within
Psychological Service, Sensory Support Service, Bilingual Support, ASN,
Community Use, Active Schools, ASN, Music Service, Recruitment, School
Estates and all other centre staff, eg. managers, team leaders, support
staff etc.
Can you call me to provide your exact requirements.
Regards,
Fiona
