New Chirk Medical Centre
Dear Sirs,
Please provide full details of the costs involved in the construction and future running of the new Chirk Medical Centre which is to be completed later this year.
I understand this involves an agreement with a private Health Care Provider so please specify:
1. Any initial capital costs to the Health Board or the Local GP Practice;
2. The term(length) of an lease entered into with the provider;
3. The annual rental under the lease and any additional outgoings payable by BCUHB:
