3) In total how many building issues have been reported by the new-build residents since January 2021 until the present day within the local area and for which building companies are these associated?
4) What were the most common issues reported by new-build residents about their new properties from January 2021 to the present day?
5) How many snagging complaints have been actioned in this local area since January 2021 to the present day and for which building companies are these associated?
6) What were the most common snagging issues reported for new build developments from January 2021 to the present day?
