I am pleased to detail below the information requested:

1) What technology does the college use for:

a) Local Area Networks: Switches & APs?

We use a range of vendors from Dell, Cisco, HP, Fortinet and FS.

b) Wireless Networking/ WiFi?

Currently we use Fortinet

2) When does the following kit come end of life:
a) Local Area Networks: Switches & APs?

This varies from site to site and kit to kit. It also depends on your
definition of end of life as some switches we have are deemed end of life
but are still in service.

b) Wireless Networking/WiFi?

We will be looking at wireless in the next 2-3 years depending on other
projects.

3) When is the next IT Network Refresh?
We have a rolling program of network refresh so there is no set dates as
such.
