Dear Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service's handling of my FOI request 'netname: Merseyside-Residuary-Body'.

You organisation has refused my compaint claiming it is vexatious as it has no value. It has value to me in pursute of who continues to use the name of an organisation that ceased to exist some 20 years. Why theyy are doing it, and who tax payer, council tax payer or private company or indivdual is paying the bills.

You should therefore for provide the information. I beleive you claim that it is a vexation is irrational.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address:

Yours faithfully,

John Bradley

Dear Freedom of Information Team,

In light of you email I still beleive your claim of vexation was wrong. Simply stating that you do not hold the data would have been more accurate, going further and stating you did not own or use the IP block, as you have done, would have been more approriate.

Thankyou for you reply.

Yours sincerely,

John Bradley
