Dear Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust,

Will you please share information on:

- nervecentre spending during 2018-current month
- emails from NUH to Sherwood Forest Hospitals in 2019 and 2020 relating to advice and guidance on products that should be selected specifically nervecentre
- details of any special agreement between nuh with nervcentre
- minutes of meeting where nervecentre talked about

If there are additional costs to recover these things i want to talk about what that might be
