Response to this request is long overdue. Although not legally required to do so, we would have expected Wandle Housing Association to have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Wandle Housing Association,

Following the re-classification of housing associations as public bodies, we are writing to make the following information request under the Environmental Information Regulations (EIR 2004).

According to planning application documents, Wandle is the registered provider for 7 social rented homes, built in Long Lane (London SE1) under the off-site provision agreement for Native Land's Neo Bankside development. The scheme is listed in Southwark's planning register under the reference 13/AP/0294.

Please tell us how many of these 7 homes are being let at rent levels determined by the National Rent Regime formula for social rent, and how many are being let at 'affordable rent' - i.e. rents determined as a percentage of market rent?

I look forward to hearing from you.

Yours faithfully,

Jerry Flynn
