Dear Affinity Sutton,

Following the re-classification of housing associations as public bodies, we are writing to make the following information request under the Environmental Information Regulations (EIR 2004).

According to planning application documents, Affinity Sutton is the registered provider for 53 social rented homes, built under the off-site provision agreement for Native Land's Neo Bankside development. These are listed in Southwark's planning register as follows:

1. Alice Street (ref:10/AP/2429) - 9 social rented homes.

2. Lorrimore Road (ref:10/AP/0663) - 4 social rented homes.

3. Abbey Street (ref:10/AP/1860) - 23 social rented homes.

4. Stevens Street (ref:10/AP/2725) - 17 social rented homes.

Please tell us how many of these social rented homes (on each site) have since been converted to 'affordable rent'; i.e. how many of these no longer have rent levels determined by the National Rent Regime formula for social rent, but are now determined instead as a percentage of market rent?

Yours faithfully,

Jerry Flynn
