Neglected allotments
Dear Wirral Metropolitan Borough Council,
I would appreciate the following information,
How many Wirral allotments have been cleared of weeds due to the neglect of the incumbent plot holder by the Council in the last 5 years and are there any cases pending. Also is a charge levied for this clearing service and is the temant allowed to continue using the plot after the site has been cleared.?
Yours faithfully,
Dave Murphy
