Needle exchange at railway station
Dear Glasgow City Council,
According to media coverage, you are in favour of a needle exchange remaining open at Glasgow Central station.
Please provide all internal and external correspondence since 1 August 2017 concerning this needle exchange.
Please provide your policy on the location of needle exchanges and your policy on how the council protects people using the station from accidentally been pricked by a discarded needle.
Do any of your councillors actually do the work of cleaning up discarded needles or do you leave it to third parties?
Yours faithfully,
J. Taylor
