Security for Unpaid Rates Non-Domestic Rating (Collection and Enforcement) (Local Lists) (Amendment and Miscellaneous Provision) Regulations 1991 (S.I.1991/141)
Allows for a BA and the liable party with an interest in the hereditament to enter into an agreement where a charge is placed on the property to secure payment. The question asks if this has been used and if so how many.
