Dear NHS Resolution,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of NHS Resolution's handling of my FOI request 'NCAS / PPA cases Royal Berkshire Hospital, Reading'.

Please undertake an appeal / internal review.
The public interest argument regarding numbers is somewhat illogical.
Disclosure of a few simple numbers is unlikely to affect the decision of NHS bodies to discuss cases. Particularly as the need to discuss them would already be indicated by local and national guidelines and policies.
So I do not believe that the argument is valid.

Dear FOI,

I note the response requesting a few more weeks.
But can you please clarify if it will be a few more weeks until the data is released or until a decision is made?
The former can be acceptable; but I would suggest the latter not.

Yours sincerely,

Alan Macleod
